Processing time for Tier 1 General

The UK Border Agency has published updated timescales for processing of Tier 1 applications. From 24 August caseworkers are expected to process applications received on or before 6 August 2009.
It was also announced that the customer contact centre is experiencing exceptionally high volume of calls and customers may have difficulties in contacting the UKBA staff.
