Our London Practice

Monika Jablecka : Founder & OISC Registered Consultant

Monika has previously worked for one of the largest private immigration consultancies in the UK, where she successfully managed the global operation of its casework team. Under her leadership, the company expanded overseas with branches opening in India, Canada, USA, and South Africa. During this time, Monika also continued to provide advanced training to the company’s immigration consultants.

Monika's key strengths are her specialist knowledge of UK immigration law combined with her unique managerial style. She has extensive experience dealing with the full spectrum of UK immigration matters, her focus being on corporate clients and family-related applications including those for a spouse, fiancé/e, unmarried partner, and civil partner. In addition to her busy career, she also finds the time to actively participate in a number of immigration forums and immigration networks.

With an M.A. in Business and Finance, a M.Sc. in Human Resource Management from King's College and extensive expertise in managing complex UK immigration cases, Monika is well equipped to understand the needs of employers and their recruitment strategies. Her clients are drawn from all sectors, including fashion, retail, catering, hospitality, IT, finance, and multinational corporations. She also assists high net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs seeking tailor-made immigration solutions to reside in the UK.

By being naturally approachable and friendly as well as professional, Monika has achieved an extremely high rate of success, which in turn has seen her become one of the UK’s leading immigration specialists; something of which she is justifiably proud.
