New PBS forms following introduction of biometrics

Following the introduction of the biometric requirement for Tier 1 and Tier 5 (temporary worker only) applications, the UK Border Agency has also published new forms for the applicants and their dependants.
Thus, applicants should use the new forms as of 14 December 2010, although the previous ones will still be considered valid until and including 4 January 2011.
The new points based forms are:
- Tier 1 (General)
- Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)
- Tier 1 (Investor)
- Tier 1 (Post-study work)
- Tier 2 - all categories Tier 5 (Temporary worker) - all sub-categories
- PBS Dependant
