Premium service for EEA applications?

The UK Border Agency is considering whether to develop a premium counter service for EEA2, EEA3 and EEA4 applications in 2011.
By paying an additional fee, applicants for permanent residence, a residence card or a family member residence stamp under European law would be able to use the service to make their application in person or via an immigration legal advisor at the Liverpool public enquiry office.
