New EEA forms published today

The UK Border Agency has revised the following application forms, EEA1, EEA2 , EEA3, EEA4 and FMRS.
These forms should be used by the non-EEA family members of EEA nationals who want to apply for permanent residence in the UK.
The revised forms (version 01/2011) should be used for all applications made on or after 31 January 2011.
