Tier 2/Work Permits: updated forms

The UK Border Agency has revised the Tier 2 General form and guidance notes. The form should be used by the applicants wishing to extend or switch to the Tier 2 General visa category. The revised forms (version 10/2011) should be used for all applications made on or after 1 October 2011.
