It is important for an applicant to use the correct and up-to-date form at the time of submission. The UK Border Agency does not always announce on its website when a new form is issued or updated. As a result, an applicant might end up using a form which would result in an invalid application. Please note that that MN1 form has now been updated to January 2010.
