We have been advised that the UK Border Agency is currently dealing with Tier 1 General applications which were submitted by post on or before 29 December 2009. Biometrics are likely to be introduced in spring 2010 when the requirements under the Tier 1 Scheme might be revised in light of the Migration Advisory Committee’ s recommendations. At this stage, it remains possible to book an in person appointment or a same day service by contacting our office.
