Important information about Identity Card for Foreign Nationals (ICFN)

Failing to update an ICFN when required and so its of utmost importance might lead to a fine of £ 1000. that we advise our clients several times verbally and in writing. This is in addition to any police registration certificate requirements - failure to adhere to these could result into refusal of renewals and/or removal from the UK as well as a possible 12 month (left voluntarily) up to 10 year (if removed from the UK as a result) ban on returning.
