Tier 1 General applications - steady improvement in processing times

During the week commencing 8 February 2010, the UK immigration authorities expect to be considering Tier 1 Highly Skilled Migrant applications that were received on or before 15 January 2010. Please note that this timescale is a guideline only, and some cases may take longer to consider.
