Tier 1 General applications- current processing times

During the week commencing 15 February 2010 the UK Border Agency expects to be considering Tier 1 Highly Skilled Migrant applications that were received on or before 21 January 2010. Please note that this timescale is a guideline only, and some cases may take longer to consider.
