Tier 1 General: processing times

During the week commencing 1 March 2010, the UK Border Agency expects to be considering Tier 1 Highly Skilled Workers applications that were received on or before 1 February 2010. Please note that this timescale is a guideline only, and some cases may take longer to consider.
