The Public Enquiry Office (PEO) in Croydon has relaxed the same day appointment policy exclusively for applicants who wish to transfer their Indefinite or Further Leave to Remain stamps to a new passport. From now on those who wish to submit a NTL /TOC application can do so without a prior appointment. Please note that 'no appointment' policy only applies to applications submitted between 9 am and 12 pm Monday to Friday.

Applicants who wish to lodge their application after 12 pm will be required to book an appointment in advance in order to attend the PEO and lodge their application.
