New fees and updated application forms from 6 April 2010

As of 6 April 2010, following the Easter break, the UK Border Agency will start to charge the new fees announced in March 2010. This means that applicants will need to be extra careful in the preparation of their applications to extend their current leave to remain in the UK or apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain. In particular, it’s important to remind our readers to use the correct new forms to apply under the points based scheme as well as new SET(O), SET(M) and other categories.
