The UK Border Agency has published a new guidance for the interim limit on Tier 2 (General) certificates of sponsorship, which comes into effect today.

All sponsors affected by the introduction of the interim limit will receive a letter detailing their allocation and how it has been calculated. The guidance can be found as an addendum.
