10 Jan Changes affecting Tier 4 holders switching into Entrepreneurs category
Having received several enquiries by concerned students, we now wish to confirm that unfortunately, as of 13 December 2012, you will no longer be able to switch from your Tier 4 student status into the Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Scheme unless you apply under the £50,000 funding route from a specified source (registered venture capitalist firms, UK Government Departments, Devolved Administration Departments or listed seed funding competitions).
However, you will still able to make an entry clearance application from outside the UK and if you are concerned about the process, time scale or processing times please contact us to book a consultation.
