COVID-19 News update

COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect the UK’s Visa and Immigration Service.

UKVCAS Service Status:

The UK Visa and Citizenship Application Services (UKVCAS), led by Sopra Steria on behalf of UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), has suspended all services in order to protect the health and wellbeing of the customers and staff.

For those migrants who have already booked appointments, UKVCAS will automatically reschedule their appointments. Initially appointments will be rescheduled for 6 weeks ahead of the original appointment.

If applicants cannot make the rescheduled appointment, they can cancel it online and receive a full refund. However, migrants will not be able to rebook until the online booking system reopens.

New applicants will need to register their accounts as normal, and book an appointment once the system reopens.

Migrants can check the update information from the following website: https://www.ukvcas.co.uk/flash-message-detail?flashmessageId=950.
