Deposit now required for confirming premium service appointment

As of 6 April 2013, a payment of £100 has been introduced for securing the premium service appointment. After you book a premium service appointment online you will need to then call the immigration enquiry bureau by 3pm on the next working day to pay £100 per applicant in order to confirm your appointment. Your appointment will be cancelled if you do not make the payment within this timescale.

Please note that the newly revised premium service appointment’s fee is £375. You will pay the remaining balance on the day of your appointment at the public enquiry.  You still can cancel or reschedule your appointment through your online account. However, cancelling your appointment with 5 or less working days’ notice, or failing to attend your appointment, your £100 will not be refunded. These changes are aiming to help genuine customers to access public enquiry office appointments.

If you are planning to book a premium service appointment and wish to ensure the process goes smoothly please contact Migra&Co for professional advice.
