New Changes to the Premium Service

On 18 March 2016, the Premium Service fee was increased from £400 to £500 per applicant.

Recently, the Home Office has also introduced additional charges since that many applicants were not be able to attend their appointments on time or failed to reschedule their appointments in advance.

Firstly, if customers wish to have an appointment scheduled before 9am or after 4pm from Monday to Friday; and at any time on Saturday, they will have to pay additional cost of £63.

Secondly, an additional £25 penalty fee per person would apply if the applicants were to fail to attend their appointments on time.

These charges can be paid at the Home Office Case Register on the same day.

Therefore, we would advise prospective applicants to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to avoid any further cost.
