UKVI introduces email update

In addition to the postal communications, from 8 December 2014 the Home Office will be introducing a new update system, enabling the applicants to receive status updates about their European, settlement and nationality applications via email.

The applicants, who will be required to submit their biometric data (scanned fingerprints and photograph) will be notified via email provided in the application form. The emails will also include the applicant’s full name and case identification number.

This initiative has been developed in response to customer feedback indicating that they would welcome this communication and will continue for six months, subject to evaluations.

If you have any questions regarding the new system, please do not hesitate to contact us on +44 20 3384 3075 or via email [email protected].
