What are the fees for a spouse/fiancé visa?

Migrants will need to pay the UKVI fees and/or the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) if they wish to apply for a spouse/fiancé(e) visa application. Applicants can also choose the priority service or super priority service in order to receive the decision faster.

Please note that the priority service and super priority service are currently suspended for applications made in the UK due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

UKVI fees for the fiancé(e) visa application: 

  1. £1523
  2. Priority service fees: £573 (this is optional to expedite the processing)
  3. Super priority service fees: £956 (this is optional)

Please note that there is no IHS.

UKVI fees for the spouse entry clearance (EC) application:

  1. £1523 + £1200 (IHS) = £2723
  2. Priority service fees: £573  (this is optional to expedite the processing)
  3. Super priority service fees: £956 (this is optional)

 

UKVI fees for the spouse visa application (leave to remain) in country:

  1. £1033 + £1000 (IHS) + £19.20 (Biometric appointment fees) = £2052.20
  2. Super priority service fees: £800 (this is optional to have a decision next day)
