On 12 November 2015, Tier 2 as well as Tier 2 dependants\u00a0Premium Service Centre (PSC) customers\u00a0can submit their forms and book PSC appointments online rather than completing the paper forms. The new service is a simpler and more user-friendly application process.<\/p>\n

This change does not apply on Tier 1 and Tier 5 dependants, which means that these applicants will still need to complete paper forms.<\/p>\n
