This can cause a major inconvenience as the applicants need to wait from 3 to 6 months for the decision to be made and therefore, they are unable to travel abroad during this period.<\/p>\n<p>From 6 May 2014, the passport and BRP will be returned automatically to applicants within 7 to 10 working days from the submission of the application.<\/p>\n<p>The utility of the service is marginal as many applicants choose to submit their settlement applications through the PEO appointment &#8211; the same day service, when the decision is made during few hours and all of the documents returned on the same day.<\/p>\n<p>Though expensive, this service is extremely popular thanks to its rapidity and efficiency.
