The Immigration Skills Charge (ISC) is paid by a licensed sponsor through their sponsor management system (SMS) when they assign a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS). In some circumstances, however, a Tier 2 A-rated sponsor can request a refund.<\/p>\n
