{"id":4436,"date":"2021-06-09T11:44:43","date_gmt":"2021-06-09T10:44:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.migraco.com\/en\/?p=4436"},"modified":"2021-06-09T11:45:57","modified_gmt":"2021-06-09T10:45:57","slug":"how-to-update-your-personal-details-to-the-home-office","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.migraco.com\/en\/how-to-update-your-personal-details-to-the-home-office\/","title":{"rendered":"How to update your personal details to the HO?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Foreign nationals, who are residing the UK or whose visa application was made in the UK, are required to update their personal information by using the official website: <a href=\"https:\/\/visa-address-update.service.gov.uk\/\">https:\/\/visa-address-update.service.gov.uk\/<\/a>.The latter allows migrants to update their home address, correspondence address, legal representative\u2019s address, dependants\u2019 details or inform the Home Office of a change in their legal representation.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants will need to provide their full name, date of birth, nationality, old postcode, new address, passport\/BRP\/ARC number, and the name\/date of birth\/nationality of any dependants if they need to update their details.<\/p>\n<p>Individuals will also need to provide evidence of their identity and proof of their address, for instance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An identity document (ie passport, BRP, ARC, EEA identity card, travel document, photocard UK driving licence);<\/li>\n<li>Recent documents showing your new address (ie utility bills, bank, credit card or mortgage statements, rental agreement, council tax bill or benefits statement).
