Under-18s travelling with fully-vaccinated adults don&#8217;t need to self-isolate either. A full vaccination means that 14 days have passed since their final dose of the vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, senior executives arriving in England from an amber list country can be temporarily exempt from the self-isolation where they are carrying out activities of significant economic benefit to the UK. The exemption covers 2 types of senior executives where they are undertaking qualifying activities in England. There are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Multinational executives \u2013 executives based overseas who are part of multinational firms and visiting their UK based subsidiaries or branches;<\/li>\n<li>International executives \u2013 executives of overseas companies normally based overseas who are seeking to undertake exempt activity in England related to either making a financial investment in a UK based business or establishing a new business within the UK.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A \u2018significant economic benefit\u2019 means if the work they are doing has a greater than 50% chance of creating or preserving at least 500 UK-based jobs in either:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An existing UK-based business which has at least 500 employees;<\/li>\n<li>A new UK business within 2 years of the date they arrive in the UK.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contact Our Immigration Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For expert advice regarding any aspect of the UK visa application, please contact our immigration team on 0203 384 3075.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 8 July 2021, the Secretary of State for Transport, Mr Grant Shapps announced that fully vaccinated UK residents arriving in England from amber travel list destinations will no longer have to quarantine from 19 July 2021.
