{"id":4828,"date":"2022-05-12T14:31:45","date_gmt":"2022-05-12T13:31:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.migraco.com\/en\/?p=4828"},"modified":"2022-05-12T14:31:45","modified_gmt":"2022-05-12T13:31:45","slug":"how-to-apply-for-a-service-supplier-visa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.migraco.com\/en\/how-to-apply-for-a-service-supplier-visa\/","title":{"rendered":"How to apply for a Service Supplier visa?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Migrants who are employees of an overseas company or are self-employed professionals based overseas, might be able to apply for a Service Supplier visa in order to provide services for a UK company under a contract that is covered by a valid international trade agreement.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that the Service Supplier visa category does not lead to Settlement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements of the Service Supplier visa application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To qualify for a Service Supplier visa under the Global Business Mobility scheme, individuals will need to meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are aged 18 or over;<\/li>\n<li>You are an employee of an overseas business, or a self-employed service provider based overseas;<\/li>\n<li>You are providing a service to a UK business under a contract that is covered by a valid international trade agreement;<\/li>\n<li>You are providing a service to a UK business that has been approved as a sponsor by the Home Office;<\/li>\n<li>You have a \u2018certificate of sponsorship\u2019 from your UK sponsor;<\/li>\n<li>You are sponsored for a job which is on the list of eligible occupations, and the job is genuine;<\/li>\n<li>The job you are planning to do is skilled to at least RQF Level 6 or you have a bachelor\u2019s degree or higher and 3 to 6 years professional experience (if self-employed);<\/li>\n<li>You have worked for your employer for at least 12 months outside the UK, or have at least 12 months\u2019 professional experience if you\u2019re a self-employed service provider;<\/li>\n<li>You have sufficient funds to maintain yourself in the UK without applying for any public funds;<\/li>\n<li>You will be able to meet the TB Test requirement, if applicable;<\/li>\n<li>Nationality requirement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the application is approved, the migrant will normally be granted leave for a period of 6 or 12 months (depending on the relevant international agreement) with the maximum time period permitted under this route amounting to 5 years as a Global Business Mobility migrant in any 6-years period.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, individuals will be able to bring their dependant partner\/children under the Service Supplier visa category.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contact Our Immigration Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For expert advice regarding any aspect of the UK visa application, please contact our immigration team on 0203 384 3075.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Migrants who are employees of an overseas company or are self-employed professionals based overseas, might be able to apply for a Service Supplier visa in order to provide services for a UK company under a contract that is covered by a valid international trade agreement&#8230;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":4829,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[12],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>How to apply for a Service Supplier visa?
