According to the guidance &#8220;Changes to the Commercial Partner Visa Application Services,&#8221; published and updated on 16 October 2024, in some locations, the commercial partner is going to change. However, these changes will not affect the decision on applications or processing times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Outside the UK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Between September 2024 and January 2025, the commercial partner will transition from TLScontact to VFS Global in the following regions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Africa<\/li>\n<li>Europe<\/li>\n<li>The Middle East<\/li>\n<li>Central Asia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other regions remain unaffected.<\/p>\n<p>The visa application centre in Belgium is already operated by VFS Global.<\/p>\n<p>From 22 October 2024, VFS Global will operate visa application centres in the following locations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Algeria<\/li>\n<li>Democratic Republic of the Congo<\/li>\n<li>Gabon<\/li>\n<li>Gambia<\/li>\n<li>Ghana<\/li>\n<li>Ivory Coast<\/li>\n<li>Kenya<\/li>\n<li>Madagascar<\/li>\n<li>Mauritius<\/li>\n<li>Morocco<\/li>\n<li>Seychelles<\/li>\n<li>South Africa<\/li>\n<li>Tunisia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>From 5 November 2024, VFS Global will operate centres in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cyprus (North)<\/li>\n<li>France<\/li>\n<li>Iraq<\/li>\n<li>Israel<\/li>\n<li>Jordan<\/li>\n<li>Kazakhstan<\/li>\n<li>Kyrgyzstan<\/li>\n<li>Lebanon<\/li>\n<li>The Occupied Palestinian Territories<\/li>\n<li>Tajikistan<\/li>\n<li>Turkey<\/li>\n<li>Ukraine<\/li>\n<li>Uzbekistan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If your application is affected, you will receive an email from either: @tlscontact.com or @vfsglobal.com.<\/p>\n<p>If you have already booked an appointment with TLScontact, you can attend your biometric appointment as normal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In the UK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From 15 October 2024, the commercial partner for applications submitted in the UK will change from Sopra Steria to TLScontact.
